Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the sale of products by Avionicss Integrated Technology Systems, operating under the registered brand Flickcet®, registered office at Plot No. 250, Phase 9 Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab.

Product Specifications

All specifications published on this website are indicative and subject to change due to technology upgradation without notice. Final specifications are confirmed in writing at the time of order.

Orders & Quotations

Quotations issued by Flickcet® are valid for the period stated in the quotation document. Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of agreed advance payment.

Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products travel at the risk of the purchaser once dispatched. The purchaser is responsible for inspecting deliveries on receipt and noting any reservations before accepting the consignment.

Warranty & Claims

Warranty terms are specific to each product category and are communicated at the time of sale. Claims concerning the nature, condition or visible quality of products must be notified in writing within eight (8) calendar days of receipt.

Limitation of Liability

Flickcet® / Avionicss Integrated Technology Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products beyond the remedies expressly stated in the applicable warranty terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mohali, Punjab having jurisdiction over any dispute.
